The rules (short)
- Say it's an ad. Start paid posts with #ad or use the platform's paid partnership label.
- Describe it honestly. SquaresBets is a tool for friendly pools: it doesn't take bets, hold money or pay winners.
- No money claims. Never promise or suggest that people will win or make money with it.
- Keep it adult. Nothing aimed at people under 21, and nothing that pairs SquaresBets with sportsbook offers.
- Follow the law where you and your audience live.
Questions
How much can I earn?
You earn a share of what the people you send pay us (after payment fees), and the share goes up in the months you bring in more. Your exact terms are in your approval email. Free boards don't pay, but they're how most people find us.
What counts as a sale?
A $1.99 live scoring unlock, or a SquaresBets Pro subscription ($10 a month for bars, leagues and teams), from someone who came through your link. Each Pro customer counts for a set period.
How do you know who I sent?
Your link carries your code. We remember it in the visitor's browser for 60 days, and the first partner to send someone keeps the credit.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, for the month before, once you've earned the minimum (we tell you what it is). We pay by PayPal or bank transfer, and you'll send a W-9 if you're in the US.
Is this a gambling program?
No. SquaresBets is a tool for organizing friendly squares pools. It doesn't take bets, hold money or pay winners, and we don't want it presented as a way to win money. Partners follow a short set of rules about disclosure and claims.
Who can apply?
Anyone 18 or older who reaches an audience that would enjoy a squares pool: creators, newsletters, podcasts, bar and league owners, group organizers. We approve applications one by one.
Can I use it myself?
Of course. Run a free board for your followers, or put a board on your bar's TV with a QR code.

SquaresBets is for fun. We don't run or host any wagering and we never hold anyone's money. Partners are independent, not employees, and are responsible for their own taxes.
