- Your own page. A web address like yourbar.squaresbets.com with your logo, name and brand color.
- A list for customers. Your page shows this week's open boards with a button to pick squares, so nobody has to hunt for a link.
- A QR code. Download it from your settings and put it on table tents, menus or the door.
- Add a whole group at once. When customers sign up at the bar, staff paste a list like "Mike 3, Dana, Pat x2" and see a preview of who gets how many. One tap fills the board with random squares. If the board runs short, the biggest requests are trimmed first so people asking for one square keep it.
- A TV view. Open it on the bar's TV or projector for a big, easy-to-read board with the live score, who's winning right now, each quarter's winner and a QR code so people can join from their seats. It updates by itself.
- Live scoring on every NFL board. The score, each quarter's winner, the final and a list of scoring plays fill in without anyone at the bar typing them in.
- Staff-only board making. A staff code keeps board creation with your team, and a board manager lists every board you have made.
- Next week in a minute. Run it again copies a board's title, size and price, and points your regulars to the new board.
How a game night works
- Make the board. A staff member picks the game from the list and sets a price per square, or none at all.
- Get the word out. Customers scan the table QR code, or open your page, and tap their squares. Staff can also add names for people who ask at the bar.
- Draw the numbers. When the board is full, tap Randomize Numbers before kickoff. The numbers are drawn once, so everyone knows it is fair.
- Watch it play out. Open the board's TV view on a screen, or let customers follow it on their phones. The winning square updates after every quarter.

Who can make boards for my bar?
Only your team. Boards are made with a staff code that you share with your staff. If someone leaves, make a new code in your settings and the old one stops working at once. Customers can only join the boards you have made.
What is the public page for my bar?
Your address, such as yourbar.squaresbets.com, lists your current boards so customers can find this week's games and pick their squares. You can switch the list off, and hide any single board from it.
Does SquaresBets handle the money?
No. SquaresBets never holds or moves anyone's money. Many venues play for bragging rights, gift cards or specials rather than cash. Whatever you choose, follow the laws and licensing rules that apply to your venue.
